What are accepted payment methods?
GalleryScience will accept payment by the following credit cards: Visa, Master
Card, and American Express. There is no additional charge for credit card
purchases. The charge on your credit card statement will appear as Gallery
Science, LLC.
Will I be charged sales tax on my order?
GalleryScience charges state taxes in Pennsylvania, USA. Customers located in all
other places will not be charged tax.
How do I know what amount will be charged for shipping?
Unless otherwise specified, GalleryScience will choose the most economical method
to ship your packages. Due to the large variety of goods that we sell it is
impossible for us to give you the shipping cost prior to the order being
processed and shipped. Hazardous goods often dictate the method of shipment
that is required by DOT regulations. The Customer always has the opportunity to
provide us with their preferred carrier, and collect account numbers if
desired.
What is GalleryScience's return policy?
GalleryScience tries to accommodate all requests for returns. Your satisfaction
is always our utmost concern. The return policy may vary depending on the
vendor. We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee, on items that are
ordered in error or duplicated because of confirming orders that were not
clearly marked as a confirming order.
When it is necessary to return goods to us, please call 814-360-0130 or
e-mail to obtain a return authorization number. This will ensure that
your package is accepted in our warehouse without any problems. When the return
authorization number is clearly marked on the SHIPPING LABEL and correspondence
about this shipment, your credits and replacements can be processed promptly
and accurately. Please do not write on the product boxes.
