All orders placed are subject to acceptance or rejection. Gallery Science is not responsible for clerical errors.

Hazardous Materials

Hazardous materials are subject to government restrictions. These items will be shipped via the best possible method determined by Gallery Science. In some instances, hazardous materials will be shipped separately from other goods on the same order.

Hazardous materials are available for export via air freight only. In addition, these items require special packaging. Please request a quotation for exact packing and handling requirements.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation of orders is subject to approval by Gallery Science. Service charges may be applied.

Availability of Products

Some products appearing in our catalog may not be available from all Gallery Science offices and/or distributors. Gallery Science will notify you if a purchase order or a request for quote is received for merchandise which is not available locally.

Changes

Gallery Science reserves the right to change product specifications, quantities, designs or prices without notice and without liability for such changes.

Conditions

The information published in our electronic catalog is, to the best of our knowledge, correct and accurate but is not guaranteed to be so. Gallery Science assumes no responsibility with respect thereto. The sale of any product by Gallery Science does not waive any patent restrictions connected with those products.

Damage Claims

Should you receive damaged goods, it is imperative that you save all packing materials for inspection by the carrier. Once the goods are turned over to the carrier by us, they become your responsibility. While we will assist you, all claims should be reported to the carrier immediately. Failure to do so makes you, the customer, liable for payments of those goods should damage claims be rejected by the carrier. All claims must be made within 60 days of shipping.

Use of Our Products

The products offered in our electronic catalog are for laboratory or manufacturing use only. They are not intended for medicinal or food use. Gallery Science assumes no responsibility if these products are used for medicinal or food purposes or are misused in any way.

Warranty

Gallery Science warrants its products to meet the stated performance and quality and to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. They are not warranted, nor does Gallery Science assume liability for misuse. No other warranty or representation is implied or expressed by Gallery Science for its products with respect to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or any other matter. Gallery Science shall not under any circumstances be liable for any incidental, consequential or compensatory damage arising from the use of, or in conjunction with its products. The maximum liability which can be assumed by Gallery Science for breach of warranty shall be the invoice price of the product.
